17. Delivery Charges and Shipment Time
A delivery charge of ₹199 applies to all orders below ₹1000, with free delivery on orders above ₹1000. If a customer refuses delivery, the actual shipping costs for forward and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. In remote locations where courier service is unavailable, products will be dispatched via India Post, which may take up to 15 working days for delivery.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt, with delivery expected within 3-5 business days depending on location and courier service. Tracking information will be updated on our website within 48 hours of dispatch.

18. Replacement and Refund for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product or one that is not as described, you can initiate a replacement or refund within 48 hours of receiving the product. Contact customer service with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund.

19. Return Policy for Online Purchases
Items purchased from the Sylcon online store can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging with all tags intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item.
